A. Water-cooled sliding-vane rotary vacuum pump is used, with pressure of over 0.9bar;
B. Control method: Automatic & manual;
C. Vacuum pressure tank: 3m3(single pump), 6m3(double pump);
D. Power for vacuum pump: 3-phase-4-wire 380V, 3KW/pump;
E. Power for cooling pump: 3-phase-4-wire 380V, 0.5KW
